The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, supporting our global supply chain operations. About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be part of the SaaS Engineering team, a cohesive group of six dedicated professionals consisting of five developers and one administrator. Your Role

Platform Administration:

  • Manage Kinaxis Rapid Response, including user roles, permissions, custom tables, and data models.
  • Monitor alerts, tasks, data updates, and administer Data Transfer Center (DTC).

Data Integration:

  • Integrate and validate data from ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), PLM, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.

System Configuration:

  • Customize data models and develop workbooks, dashboards, widgets, and forms.
  • Automate processes using alerts, scheduled tasks, and automation chains.

Validation & Troubleshooting:

  • Validate mappings, resolve data load issues, and update tolerances.
  • Analyze release notes and lead post-upgrade testing and recommendations.

Planning & Process Support:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to support demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
  • Gather requirements, support UAT, and manage change requests and deployments.

Reporting & Scenario Planning:

  • Build reports and What-If scenarios to simulate disruptions and optimize planning.
  • Apply analytics to align demand and supply.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business users to resolve issues and drive adoption.
  • Lead training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Contribute to scalable solution design and architecture.
  • Opportunity to grow into a Kinaxis Solution Architect role.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse experience.
  • ERP integration experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Kinaxis Author Level 1 Certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and change/incident management.
  • Experience with UAT, training, and user adoption.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SOX-compliant environments is a plus.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
